The Hubsan X4 H107C Quadcopter is a step up from the previous Hubsan version. The Hubsan X4 H107C Quadcopter has better features that include a strong motor, an expanded payload, and the capability to record. There are many more features I have not mentioned as well. This model is already assembled and ready to fly, or RTF. It also offers tons of extras!
The extras included with the Hubsan X4 H107C Quadcopter are listed below.
1) A 3.7 volt 380mAh lithium polymer battery
2) A 2Ghz 4 channel controller
3) An extra set of propellers
4) A propeller monitor for use indoors
5) A survey regarding the model
The Hubsan X4 H107C Quadcopter weighs approximately 1.2 pounds and is 2.3x2.3x1.2 inches. It does come with a camera that is only 0.3MP. This model does not work with Android systems, Iphones, or anything like that. There is not an application for that. Total charging time for the battery is around an hour, with a flight time of around eight minutes. It does come with a 4 channel, 2.4CHz controller. It is not equipped with any sensors and the distance for control is 30 meters.
The Hubsan X4 H107C Quadcopter is a medium sized quadcopter. It is not considered a mini quadcopter like the Syma X1 but also is not the same size as the UDI U818A. This model, as you will find weighs a bit more when put in comparison with the Hubsan H1071. The extra weight comes from the attached camera and the the advanced picture processor; along with other items.
The Hubsan X4 H107C Quadcopter’ is made of of plastic casing and has two blue head lights to allow for night flight. It comes with plastic propellers, which are standard. They assist in protecting the quadcopter from any crashes that may occur.
Findings show that the Hubsan H107C responds much better than that of the Syma X1 and has a lot of features for being a medium sized quadcopter. It even comes with the option of attaching the propeller monitor if you are worried about an incident happening during a flight indoors.
As with all products, there are advantages and disadvantages. I am going to start with the advantages of the Hubsan X4 H107C Quadcopter. Even though the quality of the camera might be not the best as the DJI Phantom, it does come with one to give you the option to take aerial photographs. It also has a six flight axis control that comes with an adjustable gyro sensitivity. It can be moved in four directions – forward, backward, left, and right. The motor assists you in performing expert takeoffs and vertical climbs. It does come with extra blades and propellers. You have the option of setting it to advanced mode. This model supports a 720px by 480px video recorder and you do get it as well.
Now for the disadvantages.. The model is heavier, but this is due to the advanced items added to it. It is possible you will have to do a quick check if there is an accident or crash, also the wiring sticks may look unstable.
In my opinion, this model is great for the beginner. It allows professional stunts to be learned as you get to know what you are doing a bit more. This model cannot hold a candle to the DJI Phantom but is still a wonderful investment.
